A day walk in Cooma’s North Ridge Reserve. An up-hill and down-dale walk which will, hopefully, show you parts of the North Ridge which you seldom visit. Unlikely to see much in the way of animals and of plants in flower, at this time of the year most sensible creatures are dormant, but the walk should give you a feel for the spirit of the ridge. A bit early in the season for ice skating on the creek, although you’re welcome to try falling in if you want to. For those who worry about such things, our scaly friends will be sleeping under rocks and are unlikely to emerge to check you out.
